婚姻登记条例

第四条 内地居民结婚，男女双方应当共同到一方当事人常住户口所在地的婚姻登记机关办理结婚登记。

中国公民同外国人在中国内地结婚的，内地居民同香港居民、澳门居民、台湾居民、华侨在中国内地结婚的，男女双方应当共同到内地居民常住户口所在地的婚姻登记机关办理结婚登记。

Marriage Registration Regulations

Article 4 When a mainland resident marries, both a man and a woman shall jointly go to the marriage registration office in the place where one of the parties has his or her permanent residence to register the marriage.

Where a Chinese citizen marries a foreigner in Chinese mainland, or a mainland resident marries a Hong Kong resident, Macao resident, Taiwan resident or overseas Chinese in Chinese mainland, the man and the woman shall jointly go to the marriage registration office in the place where the mainland resident's permanent household registration is located.

Conditions for marriage registration

如果在国内登记，就必须符合我国的登记条件。第一、双方必须自愿；第二、男年满22周岁、女年满20周岁；第三、双方均无配偶(未婚、离婚、丧偶)；第四、双方没有直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲关系。

If registered domestically, it must meet the registration requirements of our country. First, both parties must be voluntary; Second, men are at least 22 years old and women are at least 20 years old; Third, neither party has a spouse (unmarried, divorced, widowed); Fourth, the two sides have no direct blood relatives and collateral blood relations within three generations.

内地居民

Mainland residents

户口簿(原件和复印件)；身份证(原件和复印件)；本人无配偶以及与对方当事人没有直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲关系的签字声明。

Household register (original and copy); ID card (original and copy); A signed declaration that I have no spouse and that the other party has no direct blood relatives and collateral blood relations within three generations.

港澳台居民

Residents of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan

通行证、身份证(原件和复印件)；公证的本人无配偶以及与对方当事人没有直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲关系的声明；

Travel permit, ID card (original and copy); A notarized statement that the person has no spouse and that the other party has no direct blood relatives and collateral blood relations within three generations;

华侨/Overseas Chinese

护照(原件和复印件)；

居住国公证机构或者有权机关出具的、经中华人民共和国驻该国使(领)馆认证的本人无配偶以及与对方当事人没有直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲关系的证明，或者是中华人民共和国驻该国使(领)馆出具的本人无配偶以及与对方当事人没有直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲关系的证明。

Passport (original and copy);

A certificate issued by a notary public or competent authority in the country of residence that the person has no spouse and that the other party has no direct blood relatives or collateral blood relations within three generations issued by the notary public or competent authority of the country of residence, and certified by the embassy (consulate) of the People's Republic of China in that country ，Or a certificate issued by the embassy (consulate) of the People's Republic of China in that country that he or she has no spouse and that the other party has no direct blood relatives or collateral blood relations within three generations.

外国人/Foreigner

有效护照或者其他有效的国际旅行证件(原件和复印件)。

所在国公证机构或者有权机关出具的、经中华人民共和国驻该国使(领)馆认证或者该国驻华使(领)馆认证的本人无配偶的证明;或者所在国驻华使(领)馆出具的本人无配偶的证明。

A valid passport or other valid international travel document (original and copy).

A certificate issued by a notary public or competent authority of the country where the person is located, authenticated by the embassy (consulate) of the People's Republic of China in that country or authenticated by the embassy (consulate) of the country in China; Or a certificate issued by the embassy (consulate) of the host country in China that he has no spouse.

特别注意/Notes

香港、澳门、台湾地区及国外的无配偶声明或者证明，自出具之日起6个月内有效。

The declaration or certificate of non-spouse in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and abroad is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
